Service Description

This award-winning course will focus on aspects of walking control, lead work, socialisation, and general obedience. You will also learn information on dog behaviour and our expert trainers will work with you to problem-solve specific issues that you may have over the 6 weeks. This course has been designed to give you the perfect family pet once you finish, provided that you also implement what we tell you at home. Our goal is to give you a beautiful furry friend that will bring you nothing but joy! Over the 6 weeks, you will learn to train and walk your dog effectively with none of that pesky lead pulling! You will learn exercises such as: - Heel - Sit - Down/Drop - Stand - Stay - Recall - Socialisation - Fun Mental Stimulation and Confidence Building Games (Food Refusal/Finding, Ball Games, Tunnels etc where possible) Your dog may also be fitted with some training equipment to assist you and them to train effectively. Of course we will discuss this with you to get your feedback before we do anything. We will show you how this works, fit the equipment for you and also teach you how to effectively use it! We also offer intermediate classes that you become eligible to complete when you finish Best Mates, meaning that you can start working off-lead and doing some awesome new obedience tricks if you would like to really expand your obedience abilities. Extra notes: - Your dog must have had all vaccinations - Start dates are subject to change based at the discretion of our management team, in order to give you the best experience possible - Week 1 can be a bit busy at times, so when you arrive for classes, please ensure you give other dogs and people adequate space to feel comfortable - Please wear closed-in shoes! Bring Treats and a smile too - Cost Includes Cost of Course + GST ($330 + 33 = $363 Total) - The trainer listed to be taking the class may not be the trainer for the course, this is due to a current website issue

Cancellation Policy

At Bonnies Dog Obedience and Puppy School, we woof about flexibility! We're committed to giving you and your Best Mate the best training experience possible. But sometimes, life throws unexpected curveballs. If you need to miss a class, no worries! We understand. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to fit you into another class at another time. ️ However, it's important to remember that each course and class is a limited space reservation. Just like booking a table at your favorite restaurant, your spot is confirmed and reserved for you. ️ Here's a quick rundown of our cancellation policy: More than 7 days before your service or course starts: Full refund (minus any pesky banking or booking service fees like AfterPay or Paypal). Between 2 and 7 days before: 50% refund. Less than 2 days before or after the start: No refund. We limit the number of clients, pups and dogs in each course to ensure personalised attention. Unfortunately, when you cancel close to the start, it's hard to fill your spot with someone else. We know these things happen, and we're always happy to work with you to find a solution. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help! Remember, communication is key! ️ By letting us know about any changes early on, you help us keep our classes running smoothly and give other pups a chance to join the fun.
