Paws In The Park - Socialisation Session
Controlled Socialisation Fun Day (Dogs 16 Weeks or Older)
- Starts 3 OctStarts 3 Oct
- Ferguson Park, Enoggera, 4051
Have you been looking for a fun and safe way to socialise with your dog? You've found it! This session is a way to get lots of dog owners together in the same safe space to talk, share information, ask questions and have fun with their furry friends! A trainer will be present to answer questions, teach some fun games and ensure the safety of everyone involved. This is not a formal class; it is simply a community and their dogs, getting together for some fun and building their dog's confidence in the process! The trainer that is present may invite you to partake in some scent/treat games, confidence equipment such as tunnels or jumps, socialisation activities etc. All dogs will be required to be on-lead for the duration of the session to ensure safety and also so that they can learn to be calm and patient around other dogs when on lead. You do not commit to multiple sessions as this is not a course. Just come along for a session and have some weekend fun with your canine companion! If you feel your dog is aggressive or reactive in any way, please attend a private 1-1 training session with a trainer first to determine suitability to join in these sessions. We look forward to seeing you there!
