Cancellation Policy
At Bonnies Dog Obedience and Puppy School, we woof about flexibility! We're committed to giving you and your Best Mate the best training experience possible. But sometimes, life throws unexpected curveballs. If you need to miss a class, no worries! We understand. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to fit you into another class at another time. ️ However, it's important to remember that each course and class is a limited space reservation. Just like booking a table at your favorite restaurant, your spot is confirmed and reserved for you. ️ Here's a quick rundown of our cancellation policy: More than 7 days before your service or course starts: Full refund (minus any pesky banking or booking service fees like AfterPay or Paypal). Between 2 and 7 days before: 50% refund. Less than 2 days before or after the start: No refund. We limit the number of clients, pups and dogs in each course to ensure personalised attention. Unfortunately, when you cancel close to the start, it's hard to fill your spot with someone else. We know these things happen, and we're always happy to work with you to find a solution. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help! Remember, communication is key! ️ By letting us know about any changes early on, you help us keep our classes running smoothly and give other pups a chance to join the fun.
